How much is the uplink communication fee of China Unicom?

"Unicom in the letter" service is a customized or on-demand service based on SMS platform, such as news information, ringtone pictures, chatting and making friends. When users of tariff standards use China Unicom's "Unicom in Letter" service and its uni content service, they will incur two expenses, namely, communication fee and information fee.

1. The communication fee is the fee generated by users using the communication network of China Unicom, which is charged by China Unicom to users.

For information on demand, inquiry and other services initiated by users through mobile phones, after users successfully receive information, the uplink communication fee (users use mobile phones to send business instructions) is charged at 0. 10 yuan/bar, and the downlink communication fee (users use mobile phones to receive information) is free;

2. Information fee is the fee generated by users using uni content or services provided by content/service providers (SP/CP), which is charged to users by SP/CP and charged by China Unicom at the same time as the mobile phone bill. The information fee shall be independently formulated by SP/CP and implemented after being approved by China Unicom.

The charging principle of information fee is:

1. The information fee sets the price ceiling. SP single service information fee charged by the article, the price ceiling is 2 yuan/article; SP single business information fee is charged monthly, and the upper price limit is 30 yuan/month.

2. For the monthly subscription information service, users can cancel the customized service within 72 hours after the business starts, without paying any fees.
