How does Apple delete SMS records in the search bar?

The steps of deleting SMS records in Apple's mobile phone search bar are as follows. The pictures are all from the network:

First, open the phone settings.

Open the General list, locate the Spotlight search field, and then click Open.

Then in the Spotlight search list, find the information bar and remove the small tick on the left.
