We have compiled for you the following solutions to the failure of sending and receiving text messages on your mobile phone:

1. Confirm whether the mobile phone card is in arrears and ensure that the phone bill balance is sufficient.

2. It is recommended that you restart your phone or switch airplane mode on and off to search the network again to see if it can be restored.

3. To correct the information center number, first check whether the mobile phone information center number is correct (you can consult the operator to confirm the message center number).

4. Confirm whether harassment interception/blacklist/information interception and other functions are turned on. It is recommended to turn them off.
