There is no sound when the OPPO phone receives a message

There is no sound when receiving messages on the mobile phone. Troubleshooting method:

1. Check whether the silent mode is turned on on the mobile phone: Settings gt; Sound and vibration (sound) gt; Mute (silent mode) gt ; Turn off mute;

2. Check whether the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on on the phone: Settings > Sound and Vibration > Do Not Disturb;

3. Check whether the notification center switch is turned off on the phone : Settings> Notification center (notification and status bar)> (Notification management)> Information> Allow notification\ringtone;

4. Whether notification permission and ringtone are turned off in the message: long press the message gt; Application statusgt; Notification managementgt; Allow notificationsgt; Turn on the ringtone;

5. Confirm that the volume of the notification ringtone is not muted: press the volume buttongt; Click the three dots under the volume bargt; Adjust the volume of notifications;

6. Whether information notifications are turned off in the mobile phone information settings: Information gt; Settings gt; Information notifications (ColorOS 3.0 and later systems do not have this setting);

7. Check whether the function of not reminding this conversation of a certain contact is enabled on the phone: Contact gt; Contact details gt; Do not remind this conversation (ColorOS 3.0 and later systems do not have this setting).
