Why does Glory 7plus automatically light up after locking the screen?

If you use a Huawei phone, the screen of the phone will light up automatically. You can check the operation in the following ways:

1. Check whether the function of lifting the phone to wake up the screen is turned on.

Enter the settings, search and click Enter to raise the bright screen or pick up the bright screen of the mobile phone, and check whether the switch is turned on. If the switch is turned on, the screen will automatically light up when it goes out. If you don't need this function, you can turn off this switch.

2. Check whether the notification bright screen function is turned on.

Enter the settings, search and click the enter notification bright screen prompt to check whether the switch is turned on. If the switch is turned on, the mobile phone will automatically light up when it is notified in off-screen state. If you don't need this function, you can turn off this switch. (If you don't find the notification highlight switch, please skip this step. )

3. Check whether the off-screen display function is turned on.

If the time and date appear in a black background after the screen of the mobile phone is turned off, it may be that the off-screen display function is turned on. You can search and enter the off-screen display in the settings and turn off the off-screen display switch. (If the off-screen display switch is not found, your mobile phone does not support this function. Please skip this step. )

If the problem still exists, please back up the data (QQ, WeChat and other third-party applications need to be backed up separately) and then take the purchase voucher to Huawei customer service center for testing and processing.
