Registered card users can return their cards and settle their accounts according to the balance in the fuel card, but they must go through the account clearing procedures in accordance with the articles of association, that is, the card selling outlets will go through the formal refund procedures within 15 working days after accepting the account clearing application of registered card users, and the refund amount will be subject to the balance of the fuel card account. Personal card users will be refunded according to the recharge payment method.

After the customer takes a card to refuel, the system will automatically deposit the points obtained into the points account in the customer's card according to the amount of the refueling transaction on that day.
