Time limit in Tianjin in February: 7:00- 19:00 every day on working days (except Saturday and Sunday when work is adjusted due to holidays).

Area: roads within the outer ring road (excluding)

Rules: On working days (except Saturday and Sunday, which are adjusted to go to work due to holidays), from 7: 00 to 19: 00 every day, Tianjin and other places will continue to implement traffic management measures and limit the traffic according to the area where the license plate number is located. From Monday to Friday, the tail number of motor vehicle license plate is restricted (if the tail number of motor vehicle license plate is in English letters, it is managed by 0, the same below), which are 4 and 9, 5 and 0, 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8 respectively.

Note: Mini-buses with foreign number plates (except Beijing number plates) and local number plates registered with regional indicators of mini-buses can make an appointment to apply for relevant passes through Tianjin Traffic Police, and are allowed to drive on roads within (excluding) the outer ring road during the above-mentioned period.
