Why do headphones appear on vivo phones?

If you use a vivo phone, you can check the following troubleshooting methods:

1. Try plugging and unplugging the earphone once to confirm whether the icon display of the earphone returns to normal. If you still have the headset icon, you can try to restart your phone to view it.

2. Confirm whether one-to-many charging cable or unofficial earphone patch cord is used. These devices may not be compatible with the mobile phone, causing the headset icon to display abnormally. It is recommended to disconnect the device for viewing.
