Ma Lihua, female, born in Jinan, Shandong Province, is from Pizhou, Jiangsu Province. Party member, CPC. 1976 graduated from the Chinese Department of Shandong Linyi Normal University (now Linyi University), and 1990 graduated from the writers' class of Chinese Department in Peking University. A first-class writer and editor, he is currently the editor-in-chief of China Tibetology Publishing House.
