What if the mobile package can't be cancelled?

The mobile package cannot be cancelled because there are some restrictions, such as contracts, other value-added services in the package and so on. If you want to cancel your mobile phone subscription, you can try the following methods:

1. Call the customer service hotline 10086, and transfer the manual service to cancel according to the voice prompt.

2. Download the mobile phone business hall APP and enter My-Subscribed Business-Unsubscribed Business to cancel.

3. Take your ID card to China Mobile Business Hall for cancellation.

If the above methods cannot be cancelled, you can complain to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology or apply for complaints and suggestions to the mobile business hall.
