How to activate SMS service with Agricultural Bank of China’s ordinary debit card?

Hello, if you use an Agricultural Bank of China debit card, you can sign up for debit card SMS notification through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Activate Now" to enable SMS notification. As shown below:

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Security → Message Service", select the bank account that needs to activate SMS notification, and click "Activate" to sign up for SMS notification. As shown below:

3. Self-service terminal: Please click "Message Customization" on the welcome page of the Agricultural Bank of China's self-service terminal to perform the message service contract operation. (Due to the differences in the business of each branch, please refer to the actual function display of the machine)

4. Counter: The card owner is required to bring his/her valid ID and debit card to any branch nationwide to sign the SMS notification contract.

Warm reminder: Palm Banking and Online Banking only support K-Bao and K-Ling registered users to sign contracts.

If you use our bank’s credit card, the contract SMS notification method is as follows:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP, click “Credit Card → Settings → SMS Service → Apply for activation ”, activate according to the prompts on the page.

2. Customer service hotline: You can call the credit card center hotline of our bank at 4006695599 to activate the SMS notification service for full account changes

The Agricultural Bank of China Mobile Banking 6.0 version has newly launched a real-time account reminder function. Click the small envelope in the upper right corner of Palm Banking to enter the message center. Click "Reminders" to enter the message reminder page, where you can view the transaction details. There will be reminders for debit and credit cards after registering for Palm Banking business.
