Tip:

1. For the time being, only customers with 18 second-generation resident ID cards (excluding temporary id card) retained in the Bank of China (core) can change their mobile phone numbers online through mobile banking, but 15 ID card customers and other ID card customers are not supported.

2. Modify the mobile phone number to only support e-banking customers in financial and VIP market segments.

3. For the time being, only the IOS client and ANDROID client of mobile banking are supported, and personal online banking and PAD client are not supported.

4. Fujian customers do not support modifying the mobile phone number through mobile banking for the time being.
