Samsung GT-N7100 cannot receive verification text messages

If the N7100 mobile phone cannot receive text messages from certain numbers, we recommend:

1. If it is an official text message from an operator, bank, group purchase, etc., please try to let it resend and check the sim Card status, please restart your phone later to receive it again.

2. If it is a verification code, it is recommended to change to another location and try to resend and receive it to rule out whether it is caused by network reasons.

3. Change to another time period to receive again.

4. Verify whether the SMS blacklist function is set up in the mobile phone. It is recommended to open the mobile phone settings-call/message blocking-message blocking list-remove all.

5. Check whether the latest third-party software (security guard, system management) has been downloaded on your phone. It is possible that the software has intercepted text messages. It is recommended to try to uninstall it.

6. Try changing other SIM cards.

7. If it doesn’t work, please back up your phone’s data (phone book, SMS messages, multimedia materials, etc.) and restore your phone’s factory settings.

If the problem persists, it is recommended to bring the purchase invoice, repair card and mobile phone to the local Samsung service center, and an engineer will solve it.
