What can I do if I can't receive information abroad?

If your number is enabled for international roaming, you may not receive SMS or verification code under the following circumstances:

1, check whether the mailbox is full. If it is full, please delete some information;

2. If you still can't get it after deleting it, I suggest you change the machine or card to see if it is caused by hardware;

3. Check whether it is intercepted by mobile phone interception software;

4. Check whether the cell phone signal is normal and try to test whether it can be received in other places.
