The scope, time and requirements of Xinhua District are hereby notified as follows.

(2) Yongji Road (Qiantong Avenue-Luchang Avenue)

(3) Qingchi Avenue (huanghe road-Jiuhe Road)

(4) Qiantong Avenue (Jiuhe Road-Haihe Road)

Temporary convenience service points are open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Business units (households) sell daily necessities such as vegetables at the service points according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and residents buy them nearby.

Yi Ming Shopping Center in Cangzhou and Shang Chao e-commerce platform in Bai Yan Shopping Plaza in Cangzhou provide online purchase orders to residents through online shopping malls, APP, official WeChat accounts, WeChat applets, Hungry and Meituan, and deliver them to the places designated by residents.
