Why didn't my cell phone beep when I received the text message?

Cell phone notification volume or cell phone ringtone is not turned on.

The mobile phone hardware is broken.

Solution:

Check whether the phone sound is turned on. Under the standby page, slide your finger down the curtain at the top of the screen. Turn "silence" into "sound"
