20xx is a mature year for our hospital's information construction. In order to better apply informatization construction to daily work and improve the construction level of informatization team, the main plans are as follows:

1. In recent two years, the number of hospital employees has increased by nearly 100, and most of them have not been exposed to systems such as HIS, EMR and LIS. In order to ensure the normal medical work, the new employees were systematically trained.

The second is to improve the interface between HIS system in medical record room and Aidikang, do a good job in medical information statistics and reporting, collect and summarize medical and business information in time, and provide data support for hospital leaders' decision-making.

Thirdly, a new module is added to the HIS system, whose function is to manage the daily necessities of patients who can't afford to buy separately, so as to improve the application of electronic medical records.

Fourth, fully demonstrate the PACS system that the hospital is about to launch.

Five, in daily work, rational distribution and use of information resources, as far as possible to save costs for the hospital.

Six, the hospital departments of computers, printers, barcode machines and other hardware to do regular maintenance, to ensure the normal operation of the system, so that small problems are solved on the same day, big problems are solved on the same day, to ensure the normal development of clinical departments.

Seven, professional training for employees in the information department, as far as possible to participate in relevant meetings, broaden their horizons.

Eight, improve the three-level first-class review related information, to ensure that the three-level first-class hospital review work normally.

Nine, do a good job in the subscription, collection, procurement, registration, classification and cataloging of medical books and materials, and actively provide the latest Chinese and foreign medical and health information for medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. Strengthen the security protection of the library, clean up outdated and worthless books and apply for scrapping.
