Apple's mobile phone received a message. When the screen lights up, you can see the contents of the message. The message page is gray.

1. Because the "Display Preview" of information is turned off in the "Notice", the received SMS shows "Text Status", and you need to click to enter to watch it. Open "Show Preview" in Settings to solve the problem.

2. The information screen of the mobile phone is not displayed, probably because this function is not set on the mobile phone. First open the phone, find the settings and enter the settings page. 4. Select the Never Click option. After Apple opens the settings, click the "Notify" option. Then slide the screen, find and click "Information". After opening the information settings, click the "Show Preview" option. After opening the display preview, you will see three options. Select "Never" and the SMS content will not be displayed on the screen.
