Why can't I log in?

What if I can't log in? The following actions are recommended:

Nail has free personal and multi-person telephone calls, group chats, voice-to-text and other functions. Users can start a multi-person video conference on the nail. If the user finds that the video conference cannot enter when using the nail, it may be that the user's network signal is not good, so he keeps prompting to load. In this case, users are advised to change the network or use traffic to enter the video conference.
