In response to the public's complaints about the difficulty in dispensing and the long delivery time, the "Healthy Cloud" platform was put into trial operation on April 15 with the service function of "I want to dispense medicine", and provided consultation, medical treatment and dressing change services for the public through online consultation, follow-up consultation and one-click dressing change.

The service function of "I want to dispense medicine" is divided into four functions: follow-up dispensing (I want to see a doctor), one-click prescription renewal (I want to continue prescription), online consultation (I want to consult) and Xiaokang Express Medicine (I want to buy medicine, but this function has not been activated). In particular, it needs to be reminded that online adjustment is only for patients who return to visit, and patients who are newly diagnosed cannot make online adjustment.
