Among them, medium risk areas: Xincheng District of Xi City, beilin district, Lianhu District, Baqiao District, weiyang district, Yanta District, yanliang district, zhouzhi county, Xi High-tech Zone, Xi International Port Area, Xixian New Area, Weibin District of Baoji City, Fufeng County, Qishan County, Wugong County, Sanyuan County, Wangyi District of Tongchuan City, Linwei District of Weinan City, Chengcheng County, Fufeng County. The rest are low-risk areas, and there is no high-risk area at present. Every 7 days, the risk levels of counties (cities, districts) are dynamically managed and adjusted.

The "Opinions" require that all localities should classify and accurately prevent and control, and restore the order of production and life in an orderly manner. In low-risk areas, implement the strategy of "preventing from the outside and advancing from the inside" to fully restore normal production and living order; In the middle-risk areas, we should implement the strategy of "introducing from outside and preventing from inside" to restore normal production and life order as soon as possible.
