How should the other party remit U.S. dollars before they can be credited into their account?

Declarations need to be made to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Declarations can be made online or on-site.

Online declaration: Log in to the online service platform of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, click on "Balance of Payments Declaration - Declaration Form Management" in the first line above, and check whether there is any information to be declared. If so, please click "Declaration" will bring you to the application information filling interface. After handling the foreign exchange declaration, payment usually takes 1-2 working days. If there are any abnormalities, the staff will send a text message to the mobile phone number you filled in when reporting.

On-site declaration: Bring the contract and official seal to the Administration of Foreign Exchange for processing.
