How to make an appointment for door-to-door pickup by SF Express

Door pick-up is available.

Step one: Open Taobao, find the item you want to return in Taobao My Orders, and click Refund.

Step 2: Click the "I want to send" button in the red box below.

Step 3: In the pickup time column, click Please select a pickup time.

Step 4: Select a date and time that is convenient for you and click OK.

Step 5: Click the "Submit" button.
