In order to further consolidate the effectiveness of our city’s COVID-19 prevention and control work, while taking into account the reduction of travel gatherings, ensuring the resumption of work and production, as well as the work of reducing congestion and ensuring smooth flow during the school season and preventing and controlling air pollution, the Lanzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to Starting from April 13, 2020 (inclusive), the regulations on last-number driving restrictions for motor vehicles will be temporarily adjusted. 1. Restricted hours

On working days other than national statutory holidays (except Saturdays and Sundays that are adjusted to work due to statutory holidays), morning and evening peak hours ( 7:30-9:00, 17:00-19:30).

2. Restricted Vehicles

3. Traffic restriction rules

The last numbers of the restricted license plates from Monday to Friday are: 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0. Motor vehicles with non-Gan A plates are not subject to traffic restrictions on the day they enter Lanzhou for the first time each month. From the next day, the traffic restrictions for the last number will be enforced.

4. Restricted Areas

The west, south and north of the original restricted area will remain unchanged, and the east will be compressed. Some areas in Lanzhou East and Yantan will be adjusted to areas that are not restricted by tail numbers. . Take Wuwei Road - Xijin West Road - Dunhuang Road - Qilihe Yellow River Bridge - North Binhe Road - Yantan Bridge - South Binhe Road - Yanxi Road - Southern Section of Nanhe Road - Yandong Road - Duanjiatan Road - Gongxingdun West Road - Donggang East Road - Jiayuguan South and North Road - Paihong South Road - Paihong Road - Paihonggou Road - South Ring Road - Wuwei Road, all roads, overpasses and bridges in the enclosed area.

Among the above-mentioned edge sections of the restricted traffic area, Xijin West Road (from Liujiaying Cross to West Station Ten Fields), Dunhuang Road, Qilihe Yellow River Bridge, and Beibinhe Road (from Qilihe Yellow River Bridge to Yantan Bridge) ), Nanbinhe Road (the section from the entrance of Yantan Bridge to the T-shaped intersection of Yanxi Road), Paihong Road, and Paihonggou Road are restricted sections, while the rest are unrestricted sections. 5. Vehicles that are not subject to traffic restrictions with last numbers

Police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering emergency vehicles, new energy vehicles, taxis, and online taxis that perform tasks are not subject to restrictions.
