First of all:

Open IE browser → Tools → Interest Options → Privacy (set to Medium) → OK, save and exit.

Open IE browser → Tools →Inter Options → Advanced → Tick √ in the box of "Show pictures", or simply "Restore default values".

Download the Adobe Flash Player ActiveX control (please right-click to download it) for independent installation, and then restart the computer.

Some websites that need authentication use the method of dynamically generating xbm format pictures in ASP to display verification codes, but xp sp2 does not support xbm format pictures by default.

Click Start → Run, enter "regedit" (without quotation marks) in the run window, and click OK.

Navigate to HKEY _ Local _ Machine \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Security, and click the right mouse button in the blank space of the right window to create a new DWOED value.

Name the "newly created value" as BlockXBM (without quotation marks).

Create a new REG_DWORD value named "BlockXBM" on the right side of the window, and modify the key value to 8 "0" (hexadecimal value). Then click the right mouse button on the BlockXBM item and change this key value to 8 zeros. Click OK to save it.

Then restart the machine and you can see the picture of the verification code.
