Hello, if the icon on your mobile phone desktop is missing, please check it one by one in the following five ways:

Whether (1) has been put into the folder or a certain location has not been found, you can query it through the search function of the desktop. The method is as follows:

When you slide your finger on the desktop, you can enter the search function interface, enter the application you want to find (such as WeChat) in the search box to search for the corresponding application, and click the locate button on the right to jump to the location of the application on the desktop.

(2) Please confirm whether the application is hidden by the icon hiding function of the desktop. The method is as follows:

Slide your finger outward on the desktop to enter the desktop icon hiding function. As shown in the figure, the above "Hug Contact" application is hidden and will not be displayed on the desktop. You can set the hidden icon by clicking the Add button.

(3) Please confirm whether it is hidden by the privacy protection privacy application function. The method is as follows:

Enter the master mode with the master's password or fingerprint, and then use Settings >; Security > privacy protection "(if privacy protection cannot be found, it proves that the user is currently in guest mode, requiring the user to lock the screen and unlock it through the master password). Click Privacy Application to manage the list of privacy applications (as shown below, WeChat is not displayed in guest mode).

(4) Please confirm whether the application is installed on the sd card, as shown below:

If the application is installed on the sd card, if the sd card is damaged or read abnormally, the application icon may not be displayed on the desktop. Users are advised to install the application on the mobile phone storage, and then observe whether the icon disappears.
