How to set up automatic reply for WeChat service number?

1. After logging into the official account of WeChat on the computer, click the "automatic reply" option on the left side of the page.

2. In the "Add Auto Reply" column of the auto reply page, you can set some welcome information. When users pay attention to your official WeChat account for the first time, they will automatically reply.

3. In the keyword automatic reply setting interface, please click "Add Rule".

4. Enter the name of the rule first, and then click the "Add Keyword" option.

5. You can then enter multiple keywords. Press Enter to add keywords. When you are finished, click OK.

6. The next step is to write the reply message that users receive when they send keywords. You can enter text, pictures, voice, video and graphic information.

7. In the Add Reply text box, you can enter text or other contents. When you are finished, click OK.

8. After all the settings are completed, please click the "Save" button to save the automatic reply message we set.

9. After setting up, we will send a message on the official WeChat account with personal micro-signal to test it. We can see that when we send a message to the official WeChat account, we will get the reply message we set before.
