Why does the alarm clock just beep and not ring?

1. If a third-party ringtone management software is installed, uninstall it;

2. Turn it off and restart, enter the phone settings-sound and vibration-and reset it to the system's own ringtone;

3. Detect and update the system version of the mobile phone;

4. Go to phone settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and reset/restore factory settings-restore all settings.
