To copy photos, videos and other files from your phone to your computer:

① The mobile phone is connected to the computer through the original USB data cable, and the computer installs the driver by itself, so as to confirm the successful installation of the driver, as shown in the following figure:

Note: If the driver installation is unsuccessful, you can install the auxiliary driver by installing HiSuite software, or install the computer driver by selecting Help in port mode.

② Select "Yes, access data" in the dialog box that pops up on the mobile phone.

③ Select device file management (MTP) in USB connection mode from the drop-down menu of mobile phone.

Note: Description of connection mode between MTP and PTP:

After selecting the MTP connection mode, you can access photos (DCIM), videos (movies), pictures, music and other directories. Through the computer in the mobile phone, as shown in the figure below:

Back up the data to the computer through Huawei mobile assistant.

① Install the latest version of Huawei Mobile Assistant on the computer and connect the mobile phone.

(2) backup files (photos, files, videos, etc. ) in the mobile phone to the computer.

③ Back up the short messages and call records in the mobile phone to the computer.
