If you lend your account to others, others may use your securities account to engage in illegal activities, which may not only facilitate illegal activities, but also bear economic losses and corresponding legal responsibilities.

For the relevant parties who violate the real-name management of accounts in securities illegal cases, in addition to taking measures such as canceling accounts and restricting use, they can also take measures such as restricting the opening of new accounts for a certain period of time and listing them as key concerns. Moreover, in this case, it will be more difficult for our securities account to claim for rights protection.
