How to cancel the appointment registration?

Enter the personal center or related medical service area.

Find your registration record or order list. If you find an appointment registration order that needs to be cancelled, there will usually be a "Cancel Appointment" or similar button next to the corresponding order.

Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the prompts. You may need to select a reason for the cancellation. After the cancellation operation is completed, you will generally receive SMS or in-app notification confirmation.

Telephone cancellation: For some platforms or hospitals, you can also call the customer service phone provided at the time of appointment to cancel manually.

Note: it is necessary to ensure cancellation within the specified time. Different hospitals or platforms have different deadline requirements for appointment cancellation, so it is generally recommended to cancel at least one day in advance.

If the registration fee has been paid, the refund after cancellation shall be implemented according to the regulations of each platform.
