Hello, China Merchants Bank Card can also open the fast payment function. There are two ways for Alipay to sign up for fast payment:

1. Sign a contract during payment, that is, customers choose "quick payment" from China Merchants Bank under the savings card during the shopping process of Taobao or Alipay outreach merchants. Click Next, the system will automatically jump out to fill in the real name, ID number, debit card number and other information and get the SMS verification code. Click "Confirm Payment" to complete the payment and sign the contract successfully;

2. Sign another contract. Customers directly log in to Alipay account-My Alipay-click "Quick Pay (including cartoons)" and follow the prompts to open it. Alipay temporarily does not support minors to open Alipay cartoons and Alipay fast payment functions. Moreover, Alipay Express or Cartoon Protocol only supports 16-bit card signing, and does not support our 8-bit old card.
