In 2023, Suzhou's foreign car number limit policy is as follows:

1. Restricted object: non-Suzhou brand passenger cars (blue brand).

2. Time limit: the peak hours are the morning peak (7: 00 to 9: 00) and the evening peak (16: 30 to18: 30) on weekdays; The area is the road in the ancient city area (bounded by the moat); The daytime time is 7:00- 19:00 every day.

3. Restricted area: south of Donghui Road and Xi Hui Road, west of Mo Xie Road, north of Ganjiang East Road and east of Renmin Road (where Ganjiang East Road is restricted to non-Su brand passenger cars, but Renmin Road, Mo Xie Road, Donghui Road and Xi Hui Road can pass).
