If you use a Huawei mobile phone with an "unknown" number when answering an incoming call, please check it according to the following scenario:

1. All incoming calls are displayed as "unknown"

Unknown numbers may be displayed for the following reasons. If in doubt, please consult the operator.

1. Maybe the other party made the call with VoIP software.

2. Some mobile phones can set or use third-party software to block their own numbers and not send their own numbers.

3. The other party has handled relevant business in the operator department, so that the caller will not send his own number.
