According to the requirements of the Central Organization Department, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Civil Service Bureau on the recruitment of civil servants in the 20 15 exam, the relevant matters such as the examination, interview, physical examination and inspection of civil servants in the 20 15 exam in China National Intellectual Property Administration are hereby notified as follows:

First, the professional subject examination

Anyone who enters the interview list of China National Intellectual Property Administration must take the personality test (online test) and the professional subject test of the map major.

(3) Professional examination requirements

1. Candidates who take the professional English test should bring their ID cards, notes on public subjects, admission tickets for professional subjects and test registration forms (download and paste photos from the special website of test records).

2. Professional subject exams can carry books-based English dictionaries, but not notes and various electronic tools.

Second, the interview

(1) interview time and place

For the specific interview time and place, please refer to Annex China National Intellectual Property Administration 20 15 Interview List for Recruitment of Civil Servants and the arrangement of time and place. Candidates enter the waiting room before 8:30 am and afternoon 13: 15. Please arrive on time, and those who are late will be disqualified from the interview.

The Patent Office 1 and Building No.2 specified in the Annex "Interview List and Time and Place Arrangement of China National Intellectual Property Administration 20 15 Civil Servants" are located in China National Intellectual Property Administration Courtyard, Gengfang International is located at No.3 Huayuan Road/KLOC-0, Haidian District, and Zijin Digital Park is located on the north side of Shima Building, Zhichun Road, Haidian District. Candidates are requested to go by themselves.

Interview qualification requirements

Candidates should bring an original and a copy of the following documents when attending the interview:

1. My ID card, student ID card or work permit.

2. written examination admission ticket for public subjects.

3. Examination registration form (paste photos, truthfully fill in personal study and work experience in detail, the time must be continuous, and indicate whether you are studying on the job at each learning stage and what kind of academic qualifications and degrees you have obtained).

4. Transcripts of undergraduate (inclusive) and above (non-freshmen can copy from the archives and affix the official seal of the archives management institution), academic qualifications, degree certificates, foreign language grade certificates and professional qualification certificates required by the reported positions.

5. Relevant certification materials of grassroots work experience required for applying for the position. Candidates with work experience in party and government organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises are required to provide the grassroots work experience certificate issued by the personnel department of the unit, and indicate the starting and ending time and work place; Candidates who have worked in other economic organizations, social organizations and other units are required to provide a copy of the corresponding labor contract or pay social security certificates.

6. In addition to the above materials, candidates are required to provide the following materials according to their identity categories:

Fresh graduates are required to provide a registration recommendation form stamped with the official seal of their school (the training method must be indicated).

On-the-job social workers must provide a copy of the certificate of consent to enter the examination issued by the personnel department of their unit, which should indicate the political outlook of the candidates, the detailed name and address of the work unit, the contact person of the personnel department of the unit and the office phone number. If the current work unit is inconsistent with the unit filled in at the time of registration, a resignation certificate is required.

Returned students provide the certificate of returning from studying abroad issued by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad and the certificate of foreign academic degree certified by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.

Unemployed persons should provide a copy of the unemployment certificate issued by their street or archival talent center, indicating the political outlook of the candidates and the contact person and office phone number of the certifying unit.

Candidates should be responsible for the materials provided. If the main information of relevant materials is untrue, which affects the results of qualification examination, candidates will be disqualified from participating in the interview.
