1. First, the player completely closes the EpicGames startup program.

2. Then the player right-clicks the EpicGames launcher shortcut and clicks "Properties".

3. Add -opengl at the end of the target line. Example: "C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\EpicGames\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win32\EpicGamesLauncher.exe" -opengl click "Apply".
