Restricted area and scope: Handan City:

1, within the urban loop (including the loop).

Restricted area of Handan Economic and Technological Development Zone: east of East Ring Road (from Renmin Road to Hanlin Road, including this road), north of Renmin Road (from Donghuan Road to Qinhuang Street, including this road), south of Hanlin Road (from Donghuan Road to Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, excluding this road) and south of Lian Fang Road (from Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway to Qinhuang Street, including this road).

Restrictions: The tail numbers of motor vehicle number plates restricted from Monday to Friday are: 5 and 0, 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9 respectively, and the tail numbers with letters shall be subject to the last digit.

(2) Limit Line 2

Time limit: 202 1 year101October 4, 2022 to 07:00-20:00 working days (excluding holidays).

Restricted area and scope: daming county, Handan: north of Yangping Road, south of Beijing Road, west of Wudeli Street and east of Ping 'an Street. (The restricted range does not include Yangping Road, Beijing Road, Wudeli Street and Ping 'an Street).

Restriction: The rotation rules of restriction are the same as those of Beijing and Tianjin. From Monday to Friday, the tail numbers of motor vehicle number plates are: 5 and 0, 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9 respectively, and the tail numbers with letters shall be subject to the last digit.
