Do WeChat applets use WeChat traffic?

If you are referring to the WeChat targeted traffic in Shaanxi Unicom's WeChat targeted traffic package, the scope of targeted traffic includes the following functions: WeChat sends voice messages, sends video messages, pictures, texts, geographical locations, business cards, third-party application forwarding information, single chat and group chat, viewing friends' avatars and Weibo, viewing people nearby, shaking bottles, sharing photos and information among friends, sending and receiving emails, QQ offline messages, and private messages in Weibo. The following functions are not within the scope of directed traffic: video calling, web version of WeChat, and access to external links.
