What should I do if I forget Huawei's mobile cloud service account?

Generally, most Huawei accounts are commonly used email or mobile phone numbers, so it is recommended to try them separately. If you forget your password, click Forgot Password in the login interface, and you can choose the following ways to reset your password: the mobile phone number, email address, set secure mobile phone number and email address of the bound account must be verified. If other devices use this account, you need to log in again after modifying or resetting your password.

To bind a secure mobile phone, when you click the forgot password to receive the verification code, pay attention to click the inverted triangle button on the right side of the mobile phone number (when the secure mobile phone and the account are two different mobile phone numbers), and select the secure mobile phone number to receive the verification code.

If the account is deactivated and cannot receive the verification code, and there is no secure mobile phone and secure mailbox, you can only fill in the account appeal process.
