Why can't Apple 1 1 send messages dynamically?

SMS setting method for sending dynamic pictures:

1. In the mobile phone, find and open the setting function app and enter the setting page.

2. On the settings page, slide the phone screen, find the information software icon, and click to enter the information settings page.

3. After entering the information setting page, on the SMS/MMS function page at the bottom of the screen, click on the right side to open the function of sending and receiving MMS.

4. Enter the information page, create new information, click the picture icon at the bottom of the screen, select the picture to send, and click the Send button to send the photo.
