If the parents of young children voluntarily leave the park, the management fee for the month will not be refunded according to the date of applying for leaving the park; Education fees and miscellaneous fees will be refunded by 50% for less than half a month, and will not be refunded for more than half a month.

Apply for refund of park fees

When the parents of young children apply for the refund fee, the kindergarten will determine the refund amount according to the time of the young children in the park, and 70% will be refunded within two months; No more than half a year by 50% refund; More than half a year and less than nine months will be refunded by 25%; No refund for more than nine months.

The illegal charges will be fully refunded.

Due to the school (kindergarten) publishing false advertisements (brochures), illegal charges and other illegal acts, resulting in students dropping out of school, all fees shall be refunded. Those who are expelled from school will not be refunded.

Written refund application

Submit a written application for refund to the kindergarten and provide relevant certificates. With the consent of the school leaders or financial management team, the principal person in charge of the school, the person in charge of finance and the students themselves (parents) will sign and settle the refund within 10 working days.
