What if Xiaomi mix can connect to wifi but can't surf the Internet?

If your mobile phone shows that you are connected to the wireless network, but you still can't get online, I suggest you:

1. Turn off and restart the phone, reset the router, and then reconnect the wireless network.

2. Please confirm the transmission bandwidth of the router (the bandwidth supported by the router supporting 802. 1 1n is 40mhz, and it is recommended to set it to 20mhz), and then confirm whether the router network is normal.

3. Confirm whether IP address filtering /MAC address filtering is set in the router.

4. If you still can't access the Internet through WLAN, it is recommended to try using static IP.

1). If you are using Android 2.2/2.3 operating system, mode: Settings-Wireless and Network -WLAN Settings-Menu Key-Advanced-Check Static IP.

2). If using Android 4.0 or above operating system, mode: Settings-(Connect) -WLAN- Select wireless hotspot-Show advanced options-Check-Slide down the screen -IP settings-Static -IP address/gateway.

5. Try to connect to another router.

6. Try to restore the factory settings after the important data of the mobile phone is backed up: Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore the factory settings.
