1. Monthly payment method: maximum 3 yuan/month/card (account number)/mobile phone number (or electronic means such as micro-signal).

2. Annual fee: maximum 36 yuan/year/card (account)/mobile phone number (or electronic means such as micro-signal).

Tips:

1. This fee does not include credit cards.
