Legal Analysis: Jiangsu Micro-dispute Resolution is an online multi-dispute resolution platform jointly developed by Jiangsu Higher People's Court and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice to deepen the reform of the docking mechanism of litigation and non-litigation dispute resolution methods and the construction of one-stop multi-dispute resolution mechanism of people's courts. It has two deployment modes: PC and WeChat applet. The functional positioning of the platform is the center for parties' dispute complaint, the center for non-litigation dispute resolution, and the center for litigation and non-litigation.

Article 4 This Law must be observed in civil litigation within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 7 In trying civil cases, the people's courts must be based on facts and take the law as the criterion.
