Legal analysis: after applying to the court for compulsory execution, if the person to be executed cannot be found, the court can serve the notice of execution on the person to be executed; If the whereabouts of the person subjected to execution are unknown or cannot be found, the court may announce the service of the notice of execution. If the respondent fails to perform the judgment of the court within the time limit, the court may seal up, detain, freeze or dispose of the property of the person subjected to execution according to law; If there is no property available for execution, the court can also take enforcement measures such as restricting high consumption and joining the list of people who have lost their trust, so as to urge the people who have been executed to consciously perform the effective legal documents as soon as possible. If the court is unable to execute the above measures, the court may suspend the execution, and the execution may be resumed at any time when the person subjected to execution or the property of the person subjected to execution is discovered later.

Legal basis: Article 256 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) is under any of the following circumstances, the people's court shall make a ruling to suspend execution: (1) The applicant indicates that execution can be suspended;

(2) The outsider raises legitimate objections to the object of execution; (3) A citizen who is a party dies and needs to wait for the successor to inherit the rights or assume the obligations; (4) The legal person or other organization as a party terminates, and the successor of rights and obligations has not been determined; (5) Other circumstances in which the people's court considers that execution should be suspended. When the suspended situation disappears, execution will resume.
