Short message time error

The time for sending short messages is time a; The time for the short message to reach the system is time b; The time for the system to send a short message to the other party is time c.

The time of SMS display is B. Generally speaking, ABC is completed instantly, with a difference of a few seconds at most. But when the network is not good, A to B and B to C may be delayed, and the amount of delay depends on the degree of network congestion. A to B delay, the time of SMS display will be much different from the time of sending, but it is close to the time of receiving. There is a delay from B to C, and the display time of SMS basically coincides with the actual sending time, but it is quite different from the receiving time. Of course, there are delays from a to b and from b to c, and you encounter delays from a to B.

In addition, ABC is the standard time of the system, which has nothing to do with the setting of the transceiver.
