How to inquire the short message receiving record in the online business hall of China Telecom?

1. After entering the main telecom page, we click on mine in the lower right corner.

2. Then we find the detailed query and click enter, as shown in the figure below.

3. This enters the identity authentication page. We enter our service password, and then click to get the SMS verification code.

4. After obtaining the SMS verification code, we directly input the obtained SMS verification code. Then click Authentication below.

5. If you want to check the SMS records, we can directly click on the SMS/MMS list. After clicking, you can see your short message record.
