Notice of Xiangfu District of Kaifeng City on Developing Nucleic Acid Detection in COVID-19 (No.1 2022)

In order to thoroughly investigate the potential population infected persons, effectively block the spread of the epidemic in COVID-19, do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic in the whole region, and ensure the health and life safety of the people, the COVID-19 District Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to carry out nucleic acid testing in the whole region. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Sampling Time and Object

March 25th, 8:30- 17:30.

All urban and rural residents in the region were sampled for nucleic acid, including local permanent population, temporary population, temporary floating population and foreign population.

Second, the sampling location

Sampling points are divided into fixed sampling points and moving sampling points. According to the organization arrangement of village and group staff, residents are required to take part in sampling at the sampling point of their place of residence in principle, and sampling can be taken at the workplace after reporting to the village and group in special circumstances.

Third, the special notice

For residents who do not participate in this nucleic acid test, the health code will be marked with a yellow code.

At the same time, according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other relevant regulations, I will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

Residents are requested to actively cooperate with the sampling personnel to do a good job in sample collection. Those who refuse to cooperate with or support the nucleic acid detection work, disturb the order, conceal, lie or falsify information will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility by the public security organs according to law.

Those who have been tested for nucleic acid within 24 hours and vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not be sampled for nucleic acid, but they must explain the situation to the village staff in time, provide proof and make registration.

Residents are requested to arrange according to the village organization.

Prepare the "sampling code" for personal nucleic acid detection of the "border inspection" applet in advance, carry valid certificates such as ID cards and foreign identification certificates, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner in different periods to ensure that no one is missed.

Residents are requested to do personal protection during the sampling period, wear masks all the time, take the initiative to check their body temperature, keep a distance of more than one meter, avoid gathering and talking with each other, and prevent cross-infection during the sampling period.
