3. When logging in to personal online banking to apply for Industrial Electronic Card, the SMS password function must be enabled at the same time; When a credit card applies for Industrial E-card, the SMS password function will be automatically activated, and the bound mobile phone number is the latest mobile phone number of the cardholder in Industrial Bank.
