Recently, cluster cases have occurred in many places in China, and the lessons are profound. In order to effectively control the risk of epidemic input and transmission and ensure the overall stability of epidemic prevention and control in our city, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. From now on, all the closed gathering places in the city, such as chess room, board game room, amusement hall and billiards room, will suspend all business activities. All open-air public squares, parks and sports and cultural squares are prohibited from holding group gathering activities.

Two, the city's welfare institutions, pension services, mental health institutions, regulatory sites, rescue stations to implement closed management. Religious sites and public libraries, cultural centers, museums, theaters, KTV, Internet cafes, performances and other places will continue to be closed.

Third, party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, government service halls, airports, railway stations, hospitals, pharmacies, schools, banks, supermarkets, hotels, guest houses, restaurants, shops along the street, construction sites, farmers' markets and other public places where people are easy to gather, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement, wearing masks, "one rice noodle" and ventilation and disinfection.
